PLACING AN ORDER
Order transactions are taken off site, managed thru Pay Pal. This eCommerce giant offers much peace ‘o mind and security when navigating the payment process (doesn’t require an account with them).
Once an order is placed / received, there is a 2 week window from start of production to shipment for your project. If an item(s) can ship sooner I will make it so.
PRODUCTION
Print production is accomplished in-house using the Canon Pixma Pro-200 dye inkjet printer. Utilizing an 8 color ink system the Pixma Pro-200 generates prints with a wide color gamut. 31 years of professional digital production experience has led to comfort when producing high end fine art prints. Understanding output technology while enforcing quality control and standards is of utmost importance. Color correction is accomplished with pre-press color values (numerics being a more precise methodology for a neutralized cast, from screen to print).
Inkpress Media Luster is the main paper of choice. At 240 gsm's and 10.4 mil thickness, the paper's smooth surface is a perfect blend for fine art printing needs. Additionally, Canson Infinity Baryta Photographique Media is used for greeting cards, a high quality semi gloss paper. All images have a 1/2 inch white border left to right; top to bottom falls where it falls. Only exception is 13 x 19 prints; those are printed to fill, with half inch white border all 4 sides.

SHIPPING
All projects ship for free!
Prints are placed in either rigid mailers or mailing tubes (dependent on print size). USPS Priority Shipping is the shipping preference - tracking offering peace of mind for all parties.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES | CANCELLATIONS
Once your project is delivered, I offer a 14 day window from that date for returning your purchase. I’m very confident in the quality of your purchase, yet if there’s no way of rectifying any issues encountered I will honor the return of your project.
There are no exchanges.
Once an order has been made there is no cancellation of the project (only under the most dire of circumstances will I broach this possibility).
